The parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it, so please return via Registered Mail with a tracking number.
Conditions & Purpose of returns
All shoes (i.e. Remake) must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of the order date. All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
Purpose of returns
Only one remake per pair is permissible.
Our materials are subject to availability as they are sourced in small batches.
If your shoes cannot be remade to your specifications due to changes to our product, range and offering, we will notify you.
You may request for a change in design for shoes within the same product category (Original, Custom or Signature). You are not, however, able to make cross-category changes (i.e. Original to Custom).
Once you notify us of your request for remakes, we will reimburse you with store credits within 24 hours. Store credits are valid for one year. You need to log in to your account to use these store credits as payment for your remake.
*Note: We will reimburse only the product cost in the form of credits. Delivery/ Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
Love your shoes but they aren't quite right for you? Worry not. Just follow our 3 simple return steps and notify us at email@example.com once you have sent the shoes. Your happiness is our priority, and we will keep a lookout for your returned shoes.
