Throughout the site, the term “Remake” will refer to the Return Policy.
Our Return Policy lasts thirty (30) days. If thirty (30) days have gone by since you receive your purchase, we can’t offer you a remake.
As a sustainable lifestyle brand, we are committed to reducing and minimising wastage through our single Return Policy.
Remakes will be made in a form of store credits. Store credits are valid for one year. Once your request for a remake is approved, you will see store credits when you log in to your account.You may use these store credits to remake your shoes in our website.
*Note: We will reimburse only the product cost in the form of credits. Delivery/ Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
Eligibility for remake:
Unless otherwise agreed at the time of purchase, you may remake shoes in a different size and/or design.
There are two conditions for remakes:
1. No cross-category changes are allowed. You may request for a change in design for shoes within the same product category (Original, Custom or Signature). You are not, however, able to make cross-category changes (i.e. Original to Custom).
2. Only one remake per pair is permissible, taking into account any changes in price for materials, embellishments, and services such as Express Service, if any. Our materials are also subject to availability as they are sourced in small batches. If your shoes cannot be remade to your specifications due to changes to our product, range and offering, we will notify you.
You must submit a remake request for any eligible item within thirty (30) calendar days upon receiving your purchase. All items for return must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. Items must be packed in the shoe box provided and be accompanied by a Return Form. After we have received your request for remakes, we will start processing the remake order. Store credits will be reimbursed within 24 hours. You need to log in to your account to use these store credits as payment for your remake. If your returned shoes are found to be worn or in damaged condition, we regret that we could not proceed with the remake order and you forfeit any right for refund of store credits.
We will do our best to remake your shoes to your specifications. If your shoes cannot be remade to your specifications due to changes to our product, range and offering, we will notify you.
Your shoes will be considered defective if they are received damaged, or a manufacturing fault occurs within thirty (30) days upon receiving your purchase. Depending on the reason for your return, the Return process will apply.
