Throughout the site, the term “Exchange” will refer to the Return Policy. Return policy applies ONLY to shoes bought online and not for those bought during sale events (i.e. Warehouse Sale) or from pop-ups/fairs.
Our Return Policy lasts thirty (30) days. If thirty (30) days have gone by since you receive your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
As a sustainable lifestyle brand, we are committed to reducing and minimising wastage through our single Return Policy.

Notes & Conditions for returns
These are the conditions for exchange;
Every customer will be entitled to one complimentary exchange per shoe. Toufie shoes are exclusively produced in limited quantities, using premium materials. Hence, sizes are subject to availability. Should the desired size be unavailable, customers will be notified, and a pre-order of their shoes will be processed. Expected lead time for pre-orders will be 4 weeks or less. Price for exchange must be equal to or of lower value to the original purchase order. There will be no refund for difference in price.
Defective Item
Your shoes will be considered defective if they are received damaged, or a manufacturing fault occurs within thirty (30) days upon receiving your purchase. Contact us as soon as possible at happiness@toufie.com
